Data is sourced from OpenStreetMap and OSRM and is subject to their respective licenses (ODbL). We do not guarantee the accuracy of rent prices, distances, commute times, or availability.

        
You are responsible for the data you enter. We retain regular backups but cannot guarantee recovery of lost data.

Your privacy is our priority. HomeCompass syncs your data—including favorite places, commute hotspots, and priorities—securely to your cloud account.

        
We do not track you, we do not use analytics, and we do not sell your data. Your data is stored privately using Cloudflare D1.

        
The only network requests made by this application are to fetch map tiles (via MapLibre), to geocode addresses or calculate commute times using open public APIs, and to sync your data to our backend.
